Why can’t I access your Vitazan store?

Our Vitazan products can only be sold by prescription and therefore is password protected as it is a professional line only distributed to healthcare professionals. In order to purchase a Vitazan product, you will want to make an appointment with us so we can determine the appropriate supplements to suit your needs. Upon completion, you will receive your Vitazan access code. If you have already seen us and have been prescribed Vitazan products, call us for the access code.

Will I have to order from your main shop and Vitazan shop separately?

No! When you add items from both shops, they go directly into the same cart and can be purchased at the same time.

How do I know which supplements are right for me?

We understand choosing the right supplements for you might be confusing! That’s why we have our Nutritional Consultant, Deborah, to help you choose the right supplements for you. Please call us to speak with Deborah.

Can you special order items?

Yes. You will see some items on our store that are special order only. Please call us to make a special order. If you do not see something on our website, please ask us!

What are your shipping and delivery options?

  • Free Curbside Pick up

    • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up and we will arrange a time for you to pick up. When you arrive, please park out front at 1200 Pembina, call us, and we will bring your order to you.

  • Currently we do not offer shipping through our website, but we can arrange shipping over the phone with you. Please call us! 204-487-4434.

  • Free Deliver from time to time.

    • Watch out for free delivery announcements and order date cut offs.
